  6. Exile is a full-length, highly detailed fantasy role-playing 
  7. game for Windows.
  8. Exile is $25 shareware. The first half of the game is free, 
  9. with full functionality. Upon registering, you will receive 
  10. the key to the second half of the game and a printout 
  11. of the documentation.

  30. Uninstallation of Exile is very simple. Delete the directory you
  31. installed Exile into (probably c:\exile). From the Program 
  32. Manager, delete the entire Exile folder. All traces of Exile
  33. will now be removed from your system.

  38. this software, express or implied, including but not 
  39. limited to any implied warranties of merchantability 
  40. and fitness for a particular purpose, and all such

  62. brought only at a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent 
  63. jurisdiction located in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The 
  64. parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said 
  65. courts.
